Under the direction of the Club Director, the Outside Front Desk Specialist has the general responsibility to maintain and execute tasks in the lobby and front desk areas. This role emphasizes empowering youth to achieve their greatest potential by ensuring the safety of members, maintaining the quality of the check-in and out process, and upholding the appearance of the Club at all times.

• Greet Visitors
• Ensure children arrive inside the club in a safe manner
• Ensure children leave the club with the appropriate caregiver
• Make sure all visitors and guests have name tags and badges and/or escorted by a current employee

Qualifications:

• Strong ability to mentor and inspire youth.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff.
• Commitment to promoting safety, quality, and a positive environment within the Club.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test
• The job requires the ability to stand for extended periods, be outdoors, kneel, reach, bend, and lift objects weighing in excess of 10 lbs.
