Maintenance employee who maintains and repairs various equipment involved in the citrus processing plant.
PositionSpecific Tasks:
- Maintain all equipment that directs citrus from truck yard through the citrus processing plant.
- Check guards, bearings, belts, chains and other related equipment for proper operation.
- Maintain, repair, fabricate and install guards, handrails, conveyors, and piping.
- Maintain machinery and equipment (conveyor belts, sizer, grade tables, brush washer, destemmer, bucket elevators, finishers, centrifuges, pumps, motors, air compressors, yard tractors).
