Marketing Coordinator

The Healthcare Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote healthcare services, enhance brand awareness, and drive patient engagement. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, creating content, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with our organization's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Campaigns Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional media.

Develop marketing strategies to enhance patient acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

Coordinate community outreach initiatives to promote services.

Content Creation and Management Create engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.

Manage and update marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.

Ensure consistency in branding and messaging.

Digital Marketing Oversee the organization's social media presence and online reputation.

Monitor and optimize website SEO and SEM efforts.

Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.

Collaboration and Communication Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

Collaborate with external vendors, designers, and media outlets as needed.

Serve as a point of contact for public relations and media inquiries.

Qualifications1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems is a plus.
