The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, subject to business needs.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues, offering solutions.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely.
• Performing inventory counts, cycle counts, and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Implementing store price changes and hanging signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value & Appreciate.
• Ensuring customers have a distinctive shopping experience.
• Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-direction and ability to complete tasks independently.

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor areas on hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines.

• Move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment assistance.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently.
• Communicate effectively and complete documentation accurately.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training successfully.
