We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part Time Lumber Associate to join our team in Arcadia, FL. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their lumber and building material needs, maintain inventory, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.

• Assist customers in selecting lumber and related building materials.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on lumber types, sizes, and uses.
• Load and unload lumber and other heavy materials safely.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
• Keep the lumber department clean, organized, and safe.
• Operate forklifts or other equipment as required (training provided).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service.

• Previous experience in lumber, building materials, or retail is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for measuring and inventory tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible part‑time hours.
• Ability to operate equipment safely (training provided).

Work Schedule

This is a part‑time position with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
