Maintenance Technician

Our client, a global leader in commercial real estate and facilities management services, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Engineering & Technical Services team supporting facility operations and building maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a highly professional attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.

+ Conduct routine inspections, diagnose equipment issues, and complete necessary repairs.

+ Assist with the installation, modification, and maintenance of building equipment and systems.

+ Review and complete assigned work orders while maintaining accurate maintenance records.

+ Ensure building systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards and building codes.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School Diploma.

+ 5+ years of maintenance experience in  
** commercial, industrial, or facility environments.*
* + Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

+ Experience using hand tools and performing preventive maintenance.

+ Valid driver's license and basic computer/tablet proficiency.
