Mad River Community Hospital is looking for an experienced Physician Assistant to join our health care team at our Outpatient Clinics two to four days per week. The PA will provide medical services to patients across life spans, in collaboration with and under the supervision of an MD, and within the parameters of the California Physician Assistant license. This includes the delivery of primary health care to infants, children, adults, and geriatric patients.
QUALIFICATIONS- Current valid California State Physician Assistant License.
- Must have completed in good standing an approved physician assistant program that meets the standards of the Physician Assistant Board in California.
- Must have credentials which meet the regulations allowing a physician assistant to furnish medications and devices (e.g., full schedule DEA registration in California).
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
- A minimum of two years of experience.
- Ability to work independently.
