American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN with Charge Nurse background for a night shift Emergency Department position in California requiring an active CA RN license.
Responsibilities- Work in the Emergency Department as a Charge RN
- Night shift from 7:00pm to 7:30am
- 13-week contract position
- 36 hours per week scheduled
- Responsible for providing leadership on night shifts in the Emergency Department
- Work independently and support the ED nursing team during night operations
- No COVID-19 vaccination requirement listed
- Housing resources are available for travelers, including options in Arcata, McKinleyville, Eureka, Blue Lake, Westhaven, and Samoa
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Active California RN license required
- Minimum 4 years of RN experience
- Previous Charge Nurse experience required
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Proof of negative TB screen within 12 months prior to contract start
