Shift supervisor, Restaurant​/Food Service

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Full‑time and part‑time shifts available with open availability preferred. 5 days per week, Monday – Friday. Varying AM, PM, and evening shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:30 PM. Some weekends included. Details provided during interview.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management.
• Serve as employee contact for complaints or time‑off requests.
• Act as mentor, develop employees and encourage career advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous supervisory experience.
• Cash handling experience.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Food handler's card required.
