Fresh Direct LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee a primary caseload of Hospice and Palliative patients in home-based settings across the Clarks Summit area. The role requires a PA RN license and 1–3 years of general nursing experience, with hospice/home health exposure preferred.
The Nurse will collaborate with the IDT to implement and revise care plans, supervise aides, and ensure compassionate, compliant care to patients and families in diverse home environments.
