You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. ** Valid Driver's License:
** Candidates must possess a valid driver's license that complies with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This includes:

+ A current and valid license without any restrictions that would impede the ability to perform job duties.

+ No significant traffic violations or driving-related offenses that could affect employment eligibility.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and designated restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.

+ Complete detailed activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel and/or Allied Universal leadership.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
