Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Hybrid — 3 days onsite in Arden Hills (with potential for an additional onsite day as needed)
Type: 12-month contract with potential to convert to full-time (salary target upon conversion: $47,840
)

We’re partnering with a global medical device and healthcare technology organization to hire an HR Coordinator who will provide administrative and departmental support to HR and business leaders. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, professional, and excited to continue growing a career in Human Resources.
You’ll support scheduling, documentation, communications, onboarding coordination, and general HR operations while working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and HR support including scheduling, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, maintaining records, copying, scanning, mailing, and ordering supplies
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and new hires; handle inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
- Assist with onboarding logistics, documentation, communications, and tracking activities
- Support managers and team members by organizing calendars, prioritizing tasks, and helping coordinate ongoing projects and deadlines
- Draft and format memos, letters, presentations, and communications using existing materials while ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Handle information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Anticipate needs, identify process gaps, and proactively support HR and business initiatives
- Maintain compliance with quality and organizational standards across all work activities
- Previous administrative or clerical experience required — HR support experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presence when interacting with managers and new hires
- Able to work effectively in a high‑volume, fast‑moving environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, problem‑solve, and think proactively
- Must be able to occasionally travel to Arbor Lakes and Minnetonka locations as needed
- Interest in continuing to grow within the HR field is strongly preferred
- Hands‑on exposure to HR operations inside a large, global organization
- Hybrid schedule with structured responsibilities and room to learn
- Potential pathway to full‑time conversion based on performance and business needs
