We are seeking two (2) highly‑motivated individuals to work on technology and process development activities within our Electrical Process Development Group at the Boston Scientific Arden Hills facility. These Senior Process Engineer – Electrical Test roles are positions in a growing segment of our business that is responsible for delivering best‑in‑class technologies and processes to support both internal and external divisions with products ranging from pulse generators, ablation and diagnostic catheters, and mapping and navigation systems to diagnostic devices and equipment.

These positions will be responsible for providing electrical and electronic engineering support and expertise in the definition, design, development, integration, and test of products. In addition, these positions will be responsible for developing capable technologies and processes to ensure efficient and effective transfer of product into production.

• Assess process capabilities, prioritize process improvement opportunities, and innovate and implement process improvements on multiple and moderately complex processes
• Apply technical knowledge to innovate, design, and develop processes, procedures, fixturing, and/or automation
• Execute the functional deliverables associated with the PDP/TDP, Project Management, and Quality Systems
• Write clean and concise work instructions that can be understood by product builders
• Prepare and present technical data and recommendations at technical reviews
• Write validation protocols and reports applicable to new processes
• Ensure proper documentation is completed to meet quality systems requirements(e.g., Requirements, BOMs, Validation Plans and Reports, FMEAs, etc.)
• Oversee development builds associated with the project using special work requests
• Provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) input to the engineering print package
• Partner cross‑functionally to develop design specifications, test methods, and material selection
• Contribute ideas to or generate Intellectual Property submissions
• Train and/or provide work direction to technicians and may train manufacturing personnel when required as part of a validation
• May serve as core team member or extended team member on new product projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with electrical focus
• Minimum of4years of professional engineering experience relevant to this role, or minimum of3 years of professional engineering experience relevant to this role with an advanced degree
• Programming experience (for example, LabVIEW, MATLAB, C/C++, Python, etc.)
• Demonstrated engineering fundamentals (LEAN ,DFM,etc) and problem‑solving skills
• Demonstrated cross functional teamwork in a technically demanding environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
