Lake Area Mortgage, a division of Royal Credit Union, is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and well‑established Mortgage Loan Officer that is ready to take their business to the next level by leveraging our wide range of products and services for our Members. As a Mortgage Loan Officer you will be responsible for originating mortgage loans and promoting related products and programs within the real estate profession and through your personal and professional networks.

• Comprehensive range of mortgage products: purchase, refinance, new construction, investment, second home, vacant land, and first‑time homebuyer options with no down payment.
• Special programs such as extended locks, portfolio, and grant programs.
• Experienced operations team ensures Members receive the best experience as they transition into new homes.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in Mortgage Loan Origination using technology and digital documentation.
• Strong desire to build your own portfolio by generating and pursuing leads for all Lake Area Mortgage products and services.
• Ability to communicate and live Royal Credit Union’s core purpose and values.
