Client Service Associate – Wealth Enhancement

We are seeking a motivated Client Service Associate to join our Arden Hills, MN team. This role supports Advisors on all aspects of the client experience, combining phone, email, and back‑office support in a fast‑growing, in‑person environment.
Primary Job Functions- Respond to client questions by phone and email, researching and resolving issues in collaboration with internal departments and custodial partners.
- Prepare and process internal documents for client signature, including applications and transfer forms.
- Provide back‑office advisor support: prepare meeting materials, handle post‑meeting action items, and archive client maintenance forms.
- Process financial transactions: deposit client checks, handle money movements, and submit trade instructions.
- Perform general administrative duties: mailings, document scanning, and other support tasks.
- 1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; heavy phone usage required.
- Strong process management skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving ability.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience in banking or financial services a plus.
- Desire to obtain FINRA licensing (Series 7/Series 66).

Base salary range: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Compensation expectations are encouraged in applications.
