💰 Compensation: $150K-$160K base + competitive bonus

Are you passionate about advancing cutting-edge therapies in Electrophysiology? We're looking for an experienced R&D Manager to lead a team within our Therapy & Preclinical group. This highly visible role will drive innovation and generate best-in-class scientific evidence to support global regulatory approvals.

• ✔ Lead and mentor a team of engineers and scientists
• ✔ Own GLP compliance and preclinical study execution
• ✔ Design and execute complex scientific experiments, including requirements development, methodology design, and technical documentation
• ✔ Collaborate cross-functionally to align product design with commercialization goals
• ✔ Deliver compelling scientific evidence for regulatory and clinical stakeholders

• ✅ BS or MS in Biomedical Engineering or related field
• ✅ 5+ years in medical device development within a regulated environment (Leadership experience Required)
• ✅ Experience in therapy or preclinical R&D, including GLP ownership
• ✅ Strong scientific rigor, critical thinking, and leadership skills
• ✅ Familiarity with cardiac therapies and global regulatory processes (IDE, product approvals)
