, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a CNA/HHA/Home Health Aide (On Call) to join our growing team!
Round Lake Senior Living recently opened in January 2023 and is a beautiful community located in Arden Hills, right off highway 694, near Bethel University. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 120-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Round Lake Senior Living is a growing community with a wonderful team who assist our residents Age Magnificently.

Shifts Available:
On Call (AM and PM), may include weekends/holidays. CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour, wage is based on experience. HHA Wage: $17.00-$22.00 per hour, wage is based on experience

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Annual reviews with wage increases.
