At Boston Scientific, the Global Supply Chain Planner II position will coordinate and control demand planning activities for Service Parts in our growing Capital Equipment Business.

• Computer and Systems Knowledge: solid knowledge of Microsoft suite, proficiency in Excel, SAP ERP and Kinaxis Rapid Response planning systems.
• Data Analytics: conduct analytics on business problems, produce, retrieve and interpret reports using standard systems and tools.
• Inventory Management: daily monitoring of inventory levels, recommend inventory targets, manage inventory cycles, and communicate updates to marketing and regional planners.
• Manage Forecast Inputs / Improve Forecast Accuracy: collaborate with marketing, sales operations, and regional planners to set the forecast, present data to improve accuracy and reduce bias.
• SI&OP Process: facilitate portions of cross‑functional SI&OP Demand Planning and Net Requirements meetings, collaborate with global peers, and support projects or analysis from the SI&OP process.
• Manage Product Lifecycle Events: prepare product lifecycle SI&OP templates, ensure sufficient inventory per event, and recommend changes to inventory strategy.
• Partnership with Clinical Supply Chain: partner with Clinical Supply Chain to understand study inventory needs, provide additional considerations for forecasting, and include clinical study demand in overall forecast.
• Master Data Maintenance: ensure GSCP‑owned fields are complete and accurate, maintain training for SOPs and planning system master data.
• Project Management: develop and document project plans, lead small to moderate scope projects, and resolve issues with prescribed guidelines or policies.
• Leadership: provide informal guidance to new team members.
• Supply Chain Design: represent the supply chain within a product line, supporting end‑to‑end design for launches, acquisitions, integrations, and site transfers.

• 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning, materials management, manufacturing planning, or inventory control.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or equivalent.
• Working experience with DRP, MPS, MRP, SAP or ERP System.
• PC skills using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Consistently performs to high accuracy and with a high attention to detail.
• Adaptable, flexible, and willing to accept new ideas, processes and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and with business stakeholders to achieve objectives.

• APICS Certification is a plus.
• Working experience with Kinaxis/Rapid Response & SAP.

Minimum Salary: $58,200
Maximum Salary: $110,500
