About the role: Our Cardiology Clinical team conducts human use trials for industry-leading medical technology in electrophysiology and rhythm management. We are on a mission to demonstrate product safety and efficacy to empower Electrophysiologists to improve outcomes and help patients resume daily life.
As Clinical Project Manager
, you will plan and execute clinical data collection and reporting. You will partner with Clinical Project Managers, Clinical Trial Managers, and functional leadership to build schedules, budgets, and resource plans to support clinical studies throughout the project life cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, project management knowledge, clinical acumen, a willingness to learn, and a can-do attitude.

We value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a Hybrid work model requiring attendance at our Arden Hill, MN or Marlborough, MA office at least 3 days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:- Project Management
:
With the Trial Manager, lead and drive the clinical project team in the planning, execution and management of budget and schedule aspects of clinical trials; develop and implement project plans; build team ownership and commitment to the project plan. - Risk Management
:
In collaboration with the project team, track proactive identification of risks and issues, assessment, and mitigation strategies to reduce overall risk. - Schedule Management
:
Track development and schedule, manage critical path and dependencies, ensure the schedule is maintained and communicated effectively throughout the organization. - Communication
:
Responsible for team and cross-functional budget and schedule related communications, project meeting minutes, issues log, metrics, and other key communications. Communicate cross-functional issues effectively. - Data Management
:
Use internal project management and finance systems to update project milestones, study timelines, and key project data; ensure data are up-to-date and reflect current project state. - Financial Management
:
Assist with managing portfolio and project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and actuals tracking. Participate in budget development and evaluating how changes impact cost and schedule. Provide reporting to key stakeholders. Manage creation of POs and approval of invoices. Ensure budget accuracy, bridge variances, and adjust as necessary. - Relationship Management
:
Establish effective, collaborative relationships with external entities and internal organizations to maximize project efficiency, responsiveness, and resource allocation.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years with bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
- Clinical trial and/or Project Management experience
- Experience interacting with stakeholders and business colleagues to analyze and define business requirements and related project reporting; developing methodologies to create and enhance applications and tools
- MS Project knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Clinical or Financial planning systems experience
- Ability to work with teams in a collaborative manner
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail
- Desire to develop project management aptitude

Salary: Minimum $93,600;
Maximum $177,800
The anticipated compensation and benefits offered by Boston Scientific vary by location and other factors. Compensation is commensurate with experience and education, including licensure and certifications, as applicable. It is not typical to be hired near the bottom or top of the listed range.
Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may include variable compensation such as overtime and shift differential and an annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility).
