About the role:

Seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results‑driven Senior Product Manager to lead the US customer engagement downstream initiatives for our Electrophysiology (EP) Solutions franchise. This role will work closely with the US downstream marketing team to facilitate physician customer programs, webinars, and strategic commercial initiatives. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, embraces ambiguity, and can flex across both strategic and tactical priorities.

This role will champion our customer engagement strategy focusing on FARAPULSE and our broader EP portfolio. They will also partner directly with physicians and will be required to communicate professionally and effectively.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Arden Hills, MN location.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Oversee the FARAPULSE Future’s program and continue to evolve our innovation center offering to ensure we are providing highly engaging sessions for physicians to attend.
  • Develop and execute webinars focused on relevant hot topics in the EP industry. Partnering with cross‑functional marketing and med‑ed partners.
  • Stay informed about market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform customer engagement strategies.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events as needed.
  • Partner with regional and global marketing teams to share best practices and adapt customer engagement initiatives for local market markets, while maintaining strong alignment across geographies.
  • Partner with upstream marketing and R&D on key KOL initiatives across the franchise.
  • Partner with content strategy to ensure alignment on the development for campaigns, conferences, sales tools, and customer engagements, ensuring alignment with business goals and consistency across promotional, educational, and KOL channels through integrated cross‑functional planning.
  • Build strong relationships with physicians to inform on the evolution of our downstream customer engagement strategy.
  • Coordinate downstream support at key conferences, innovation center visits and other customer engagement requests.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or healthcare.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or customer engagement roles.
  • Proven success in leading cross‑functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication (written and verbal), and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with determining customer needs within medical device markets.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences industries preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Advanced degree such as Master’s or MBA.
  • Electrophysiology experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success supporting and/or managing complex projects.
  • Demonstrated success working as an integral cross‑functional team member.
  • Ability to develop clinical expertise in medical devices.
  • Sales experience.
  • Desire to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
Work Mode:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office in Arden Hills, MN at least three days per week.
