Senior Product Manager, Global Commercial Enablement
Boston Scientific is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results‑driven Senior Product Manager to lead global commercial enablement initiatives for our Electrophysiology (EP) Solutions franchise. You will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, embrace ambiguity, and balance strategic and tactical priorities. This role champions proactive communication, strategic brand activation, and cross‑functional alignment to execute marketing and business strategies.
Responsibilities- Oversee portfolio strategy, messaging, customer segmentation, and market perception tracking.
- Define brand hierarchy, relationships, and product nomenclature within EP to support commercial goals.
- Stay informed about market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes.
- Partner with regional and global marketing teams to adapt brand strategies for local markets.
- Identify portfolio marketing opportunities and lead cross‑functional collaboration to align business objectives.
- Lead scalable process development for consistency, efficiency, and impact across EP Solutions.
- Partner on content strategy and development for campaigns, conferences, sales tools, and customer engagements.
- Lead strategic activation initiatives to deliver clear, timely, impactful communications.
- Collaborate with US and global events teams to shape EP presence at meetings and events.
- Support field activation by developing tools, messaging, and strategies for sales teams.
- Build relationships with field team and key customers to gather insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or healthcare.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or commercial enablement.
- Proven success leading cross‑functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication (written and verbal), and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with campaign planning, content development, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences industries preferred.
- Ability to travel 10‑20% of the time, including international travel.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA).
- Experience with electrophysiology products and customers.
Hybrid – employees must work out of our Arden Hills, MN office at least three days per week.
