Job Overview
The Sales Representative – Crop Nutrients is the key contact point and relationship manager of assigned and prospects for Win Field United. They will be responsible for crop nutrient product line sales and margins. This remote/virtual position supports the Upper Midwest territory.
Job Scope Sales Generation (50%)- Responsible for selling Crop Nutrients through wholesale program, delivering market intelligence and pricing, optimizing margins and supply chain value.
- Become the trusted advisor for Crop Nutrients.
- Fluent in account reporting metrics, analysis, and programs.
- Responsible for key performance indicators: sales and growth targets, gross margin, strategic imperatives.
- Develop account strategies and work with ACT member in executing Customer Business Plans and measuring progress.
- Account for regional forecast and margins, liaising with Supply Chain.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Director, District Sales Managers, and ACT team to drive growth.
- Maintain coordination and open communication with regional team including CPP and seed product lines.
- Attend regional/team meetings as scheduled.
- Focal point for customer relationships and key account ownership.
- Demonstrate and leverage Win Field United value proposition.
- Execute Customer Business Plans with ACT member.
- Serve as center of influence with channel partners in regional areas.
- Manage relationships with strategic partners including Ag retail manager and key channel vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Business-related field and at least 10 years successful sales or marketing experience with direct customer contact.
- Valid driver’s license in accordance with company policy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Marketing experience supporting Win Field growth opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in team environment.
- Proven ability to interact well with customers, suppliers, employees, and management.
- Ability to independently handle complex situations and conflict resolution.
- Experience solving and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Ability to create and present product presentations.
- Experience managing key accounts, executing terminal contracts and negotiating large-volume product contracts.

CompensationThis is a sales role compensated with a target mix of base salary plus commission. Base salary ranges between $107,680 and $161,520. The position is also eligible for an annual incentive.
