Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing development of existing and prospective Enovis customers for the Chattanooga and Light Force product lines.
  • Perform field promotional work and relationship management to sell and develop new and existing business.
  • Establish and achieve sales revenue goals/targets for the assigned area through strategic and tactical sales activities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate utilization of resources to drive revenue through Inside Sales, Regional Account Sales, and Clinical Sales Teams.
  • Develop and execute a business plan designed to exceed financial, market, and product portfolio goals for the assigned territory.
  • Use Salesforce to maintain up‑to‑date contacts, opportunities, targets, and outcomes.
  • Maintain a sales funnel for sustained opportunities and comprehensive strategic call plans that drive positive sales results.
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate new sales opportunities; manage leads and perform region penetration coverage.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships to achieve account objectives, responding to customer needs and concerns promptly.
  • Proactively cultivate competitive opportunities, defend against competitive threats, and convert business.
  • Provide presentations and demonstrations to customers on application and use of Enovis products with effective communication and sales techniques.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the Enovis Compliance & Ethics Program, the Enovis Code of Conduct, the Adva Med Code of Ethics, and all applicable regulations concerning HIPAA and PHI confidentiality.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities accurately and timely, including expense reports, surveys, business plans, regional reports, and training records.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or relevant Customer Service.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in communication, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and initiative.
  • Ability to solve problems using rigorous logic and to manage multiple projects within time frames.
