Responsibilities
  • Manage guest lodging operations: assist with reservations, address complaints, and ensure overall guest satisfaction during overnight and weekend hours.
  • Register guests and handle meal services, including pick‑ups, deliveries, drop‑offs, set‑ups and clean‑ups.
  • Utilize multiple software applications for reservations, lodging systems and work orders; report and act on maintenance issues and execute operating procedures to secure facilities for safety.
  • Provide administrative support: generate routine correspondence, budgets, reports and spreadsheets; organize electronic and paper files; answer and screen telephone calls; assist with tracking expenses and processing payments within budget constraints.
  • Support meetings and events at the Noble Retreat Center: set up equipment, serve refreshments, set up and clean up event details, plan and coordinate various Noble events, conduct post‑event reviews and gather feedback.
Qualifications
  • Experience in hospitality with knowledge of guest services, catering standards, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills for liaising with guests, vendors and internal teams.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, anticipating challenges and implementing timely solutions.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate events and manage end‑to‑end logistics across departments.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn, staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
