A Staff Pharmacist at Walmart is an essential frontline provider who communicates with patients, dispenses prescriptions, administers immunizations, and supports community health initiatives. The role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent customer service, and leadership within the pharmacy team.

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, and administering immunizations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and health‑care standards.
• Model and provide coaching on customer service approaches and conflict resolution.
• Participate in business initiatives such as inventory control, cost savings, and compliance projects.
• Engage in community outreach and Wellness Days.

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm
  
  D (or equivalent FPGE)
  Pharmacy license (required by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE‑accredited immunization training program.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient‑centered approach.

• Experience in retail pharmacy setting.
• Leadership experience within pharmacy team.
