We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of clinical pharmacy services. In this role, you’ll collaborate with medical staff and hospital committees to drive safe, cost-effective, and patient-centered medication practices.
Key Responsibilities- Leading clinical pharmacy program performance and reporting
- Developing treatment guidelines, protocols, and formulary changes
- Implementing targeted drug programs to improve care and reduce costs
- Presenting drug reviews and usage evaluations to key committees
- Managing medication shortages and alternative selections
- Ensuring safe and effective medication use through direct patient care
- Maintaining up-to-date policies, procedures, and training materials

Education:
Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm
D) in pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy. - Preferred Education:
ASHP Accredited PGY‑1 Pharmacy Practice Residency. - Preferred
Certifications:
Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification. - Licensure:
Current state pharmacist license.
