Job DescriptionCALLEDTO HEAL.
Licensed Therapist — Independent Contractor | Ardmore, Oklahoma
IsThis You?
You are a fully licensed therapist who has spent the last two or more years working in an agency setting. You are good at what you do. And somewhere along the way, you started asking a question you cannot shake:
“Is this really what I worked thishard for?”
You feel called to more than a caseload and a productivity quota. You want to serve clients who are invested in their growth. You want to work in a practice where faith is woven into the work — not as an add-on, but as a foundation. You want to build something that is yours, inside a community that believes in what you are doing.
You are not looking for your next agency job. You are looking for a home to practice from.
That is exactly who we built this for.
Who We Are
Healing Hearts Counseling Service, PLLC is a faith-integrated outpatient practice in Ardmore, Oklahoma serving individuals, couples, and families across Oklahoma and Kansas. We are led by Shenita Jones, MBA, MA, LPC-S, LCPC-S, Founder and Clinical Director, with over a decade of clinical and business leadership experience. We are not a Medicaid-only agency. We are not a desk-rental collective. We are a private practice built for the therapists who are ready to make the leap — with full support behind them.
