Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a night shift Medical ICU position requiring an active OK or compact license and recent ICU experience.

• Position is in a hospital's Medical Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment duration
• Blocked scheduling may be considered based on facility needs
• Patient population includes critically ill adults requiring intensive care
• Up to 5 days of requested time off may be approved if made up during the assignment
• Local candidates living within 50 miles are subject to different assignment and compensation rules
• Assignments are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts for local staff within a 50-mile radius, after which a 1-year separation or reassignment is required

• Active OK or compact RN license at the time of consideration
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
• All certifications must be active with no expiration within the first 30 days of the assignment unless renewal is scheduled
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required;
  Canadian SINs not accepted
