Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess resident conditions and provide appropriate nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Develop and implement resident care plans.
- Monitor and document resident conditions.
- Communicate changes in condition to physicians and supervisors.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other staff as applicable.
- Communicate with residents and families.
- Follow infection-control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Current RN license.
- Long-term-care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
