Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Retail Sales
Bomgaars is seeking a friendly, customer service oriented individual with retail experience. Position offers the opportunity to be trained and certified in Stihl power equipment, promoting to be in a Lead position.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Agriculture background
- Product knowledge
- Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Freight handling/forklift operation (varying weather conditions)
- Sales/Stocking/Recovery
- Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
- Other tasks as assigned
Starting wage range is $14.00 per hour
