Responsibilities

Your objective is to master our sales process within a remarkable six month timeframe—an achievement typically requiring up to a year. As you cultivate and expand your market presence, your role will transition to that of a mentor, imparting your strategies for success to new team members.

Additional Qualifications
  • Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
  • Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain—study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available).
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
