We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Ardmore, OK. The Sales Specialist will identify and engage potential customers, deliver impactful product demonstrations, build and maintain client relationships, and meet sales targets. This role also provides exceptional customer service, assists with client training on product functionality, and collaborates with team members to optimize sales strategies. The position supports Park Dental Research’s commitment to providing innovative and economical dental solutions.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with clients and address their needs
• Proven experience in sales and sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Experience and proficiency in delivering training to clients or team members
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills for managing multiple client accounts
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of the dental or healthcare industry is a plus
