The Role:Blending Sales Mastery with Mentorship
As a Senior Sales Representative, your role transcends typical sales objectives. You'll aim for sales excellence while guiding and educating our team. Initially focusing on establishing your sales record, you'll soon transition into a mentorship position, continuously maintaining your sales achievements to uphold our principle of leadership by example.

Fully support professional development by covering the costs of insurance licensing training and offering reimbursement for state licensing fees.
- Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.
- Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
- Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
- Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
- Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
- Able to pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
- Has active driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle – 3 business days) as well as monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
