We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team for a long-term position in the Ardmore area. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and building conveyor systems, installing machinery, and be exceptional with a tape measure and reading blueprints. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

$26 per hour

• Install, dismantle, and relocate industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform rigging and alignment of heavy equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems.
• Assist in shutdowns and turnarounds in industrial environments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• 5–10 years of mechanical experience in machinery installation/removal.
• 5–10 years of experience as a millwright or in rigging.
• Proven experience in industrial construction or shutdown projects.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings.

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Forklift or aerial lift certification.
• Experience with precision alignment tools and techniques.
