Field Technician Supervisor

The Field Technician Supervisor will lead multiple crews to perform vacuum and hydro blasting services, ensuring safe and effective completion of jobs at industrial facilities. The role demands physical strength and flexibility for handling equipment, emergency response, truck operations, waste disposal, site remediation, and high‑pressure water blasting.

• Supervise, coach, and develop staff members; assist in training all new employees in job duties in accordance with company and client policy.
• Supervise staff performance and attendance.
• Ensure all equipment functions properly and enforce all safety, OSHA guidelines, and company procedures.
• Maintain specific knowledge of Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K) and Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks.
• Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs and verify all necessary equipment is on site.
• Inspect all aspects of work from the jobsite to equipment before commencing work.
• Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork.
• Communicate updates with clients.
• Assist in general maintenance of company equipment (service, grease, etc.).
• Wash and clean company equipment (pressure wash, clean cabs, etc.).
• Maintain general housekeeping (sweeping floors, taking out trash, keeping work areas clean and organized).
• Help with future job load outs or unloads from previous jobs – return equipment and PPE to designated areas.
• Complete time sheets and all admin paperwork by required deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of related experience required.
• 1 to 2 years supervisory experience required.
• Previous work experience at industrial owner facilities.
• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Experience in the hydro blasting and vacuuming field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid TWIC card (receipt acceptable if recently applied).
• Must be capable of passing a hair follicle and urine drug screen.
• Ability to travel out of town up to 25% of the time.
• Perform manual labor to complete tasks associated with service lines performed by USA DeBusk.
• Be on call 24/7; willingness to work off shifts and weekends.
• Able to work shifts up to 12–16 hours, both day and night, indoors and outdoors in the sun, requiring prolonged standing or walking.

• Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Physically capable of standing and/or walking continuously for long periods of time.
• Physically capable of climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, and kneeling continuously.
