Liberty Personnel is currently working with a boutique CPA firm providing tax and advisory services to local businesses and professionals, and is seeking a motivated and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our accounting staff and partners. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow with the firm over time.

Key Responsibilities- Answer phones, greet visitors, and serve as the first point of contact for clients
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
- Scan, print, assemble, and mail tax returns and client correspondence
- Assist with data entry, appointment scheduling, and document management
- Prepare cover letters, simple spreadsheets, and basic correspondence
- Order office supplies and maintain organized work areas
- Provide general administrative support to Partners and accounting team as needed
- Associate degree or some college a plus
- 0–2 years of office or clerical experience (internships or school office experience accepted)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer tasks
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
This is an in-office position with some flexibility.
