Join the team as a Birthday Party Assistant, providing support for our pre‑school and kindergarten birthday programs. You’ll work with young children and families to create memorable, educational celebrations using our proven curriculum and teaching methods.

Pay is based on experience, with a typical range of $15.00–$17.00 per hour

• Lead or assist lively birthday parties and apply the gym’s curriculum and teaching methods.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families.

• Love to have fun, be energetic and can play like a child; background in child development, physical education or gymnastics helps.
• Strong people‑skills, serve‑oriented; able to engage both kids and parents.
• Positive, high‑energy presence; can stay motivated and then buckle down when needed.

• Flexible scheduling for weekends and evenings for students.
• Active job—move all day and achieve personal activity goals.
• Comfortable athleisure dress code; no need for formal attire.
