High-End Residential Project Manager
Location: Ardmore, PA
Salary: $90,000 to $125,000 + benefits

We are helping a historic and growing custom home builder find a Residential Project Manager to join the team. This company works on high-end new builds and renovations in the luxury market, and they take pride in quality craftsmanship, a smooth client experience, and building homes the right way. They are in a growth pattern right now, looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in residential construction.

Someone who knows how to run a job, keep a schedule moving, and hold subcontractors accountable.

• Overseeing day-to-day project operations on new home builds and/or renovations
• Building and managing project schedules
• Making sure subs are showing up, doing quality work, and staying on task
• Regular site visits to keep tabs on progress and troubleshoot any issues
• Working closely with the internal team, architects, and vendors to keep things moving
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and up to high standards
• Communicating clearly with the team and, when needed, with clients

• 5+ years of residential construction experience, ideally with custom or high-end homes
• Residential ground-up and renovation experience required
• Experience managing projects $1M or more in size
• Proven track record of managing schedules and keeping subcontractors accountable

• Salary between $90,000 and $125,000 depending on experience
