• Proven Luxury Residential construction experience with 5+ years managing high-end residential construction projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades, maintain schedules, and uphold quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client and team interaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel; experience with Procore and Smartsheets is a plus.
• A patient, service-oriented approach, ensuring an outstanding client experience.
• Reliable transportation and availability for extended hours when necessary.
