• Customer concern resolution
• Customer follow up
• Working with service advisors to get fast and accurate information to customers
• Help to facilitate customer handling and satisfaction
• Help customers to understand how to view our new "multipoint inspection with video/picture media"
• Additional duties will be added as this important position develops.
