• Present a friendly and inviting atmosphere at all times and seat clients, offering beverages to enhance their experience
• Answer a multi-line phone system and schedule clients
• Check clients out and ring up products; re-book clients
• Answer emails; monitor dashboards for client requests
• Occasionally update the blog and social media sites with content
• Light cleaning

• Well-spoken, professional, and personable on the phone, in person, and in e-mail correspondence
• The ability to multitask and remain calm, cool, and collected under pressure
• Competent with computers, apps, social media and Microsoft Word
• Punctual
• Fashion conscious
• Desire to learn and grow with the company
• Flexibility in schedule; night and weekend shifts are required
