• The starting base compensation for this position is $16.85 to $21.54 hourly. Pay adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other factors.
• Eligible to earn incentive pay, average payout $162.00–$580.00 per month.
• Store hours:
  Mon–Wed & Fri 8:30 AM–5:00 PM;
  Thu 8:30 AM–6:00 PM;
  Sat 8:30 AM–4:30 PM. 37.5 hour work week. No Sundays.
• Full‑time associates can accrue up to three weeks of paid time off during your first year.

Location Address: 30 Greenfield Avenue, Ardmore, PA 19003

• Process driver’s license and vehicle registration applications.
• Answer and provide guidance on state regulations for driver license and vehicle titling and registration.
• Serve as lead and mentor for title clerks, ensuring accurate title process completion.
• Assemble and prepare all applications for submission to state and/or Tag & Title Administration, meeting submission schedules.
• Document and research rejected applications/ errors, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Consistently upsell and cross‑sell AAA products such as memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
• Answer overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak volumes.
• Provide backup assistance in cashiering and IDEMIA services if applicable.

• Required sales and customer service experience, ideally in a lead role, focused on accuracy and results.
• Previous knowledge of Motor Vehicle Title system or prior tag and title experience preferred.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency navigating multiple websites and programs; strong computer skills.
• Notary Public designation or ability to obtain within six months of employment.
• Ability to complete all required training workshops for Title Service Agents.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Satisfactory pre‑employment and post‑employment screenings (criminal, drug, etc.) including membership license if required.

• Complete Online Messenger (OLM) Certification within 90 days of system authorization.
• Complete Basic Agent Services Training within 2 weeks of hire.
• Complete Advanced Agent Services Training every 2 years.
