This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic hotel ownership and management group overseeing a portfolio of 40+ properties nationwide. We’re seeking a Vice President of Finance to provide executive-level financial leadership, oversee accounting operations, and ensure the financial health of a growing hospitality organization.

- Direct and oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, audits, and compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including GAAP compliance.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for 40+ hotel assets.
- Establish and monitor internal controls while driving process improvements and financial best practices.
- Partner with the CEO, President, and Operations leadership on real estate transactions, capital projects, and long‑term financial planning.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring smooth daily operations including AP/AR, reconciliations, and tax compliance.
- Oversee corporate insurance programs, employee benefit plans, and vendor relationships.
- 10+ years of hotel or hospitality accounting/finance experience, with progressive leadership responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
- Proven ability to lead multi‑property financial operations and teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- A hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
- Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 per year
