• Perform sugaring hair removal services including Brazilian, bikini, and more.
• Greet clients and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Maintain expert knowledge of airbrush tanning, sugaring services, memberships, and S+B products.
• Become proficient in Booker, our appointment booking and processing system.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby and sugaring rooms, and restock product and disposables.
• Answer client questions about the sugaring process, services offered, and after‑care.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

• Licensed for waxing via a Cosmetology or Esthetician license in the state of application (Waxing license acceptable in New York).
• Available for two shifts on either Friday PM, Saturday, and/or Sunday.
• Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required.
• Dedicated to delivering the best client experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; correct grammar and punctuation are essential.
