Patient Coordinator – Full‑time

Position Summary

Our Patient Coordinators are the backbone of our clinics and have a direct impact on patient experience. They work collaboratively with clinicians and colleagues to provide exceptional patient care and world‑class customer service. Responsibilities include greeting and checking‑in patients, scheduling appointments, answering incoming phone calls, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining necessary authorization, collecting payments, processing new patients, and helping the clinic maintain optimal performance.

Position Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent time‑management and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
