Ivy Hill Post Acute is a premier senior care community committed to delivering exceptional short-term rehab and long-term care services. Our therapy team plays a vital role in helping residents reach their highest level of independence, and we are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and compassionate Director of Rehabilitation to lead our department.

The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Therapy Department, ensuring high-quality clinical care, regulatory compliance, strong team performance, positive patient outcomes, and efficient therapy service delivery. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with excellent clinical, operational, and communication skills.

• Lead and manage PT, OT, and SLP staff and therapy assistants
• Oversee scheduling, caseload development, and productivity management
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Medicare/Medicaid billing and documentation standards
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team, nursing, and administration
• Support program growth, clinical excellence, and customer service initiatives
• Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and family communication
• Provide direct treatment

Must hold a current PA license as a PT, OT, PTA, COTA, or SLP
2+ years of SNF therapy experience preferred
Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of PDPM, MDS interface, and rehab compliance
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
