- Take and defend depositions; manage discovery disputes
- 2+ years of commercial litigation experience (federal litigation preferred)
- Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills
- Effective courtroom and negotiation presence
- Ability to manage cases from start to resolution
- No prior transportation law experience required — we’ll train you
