- Provide direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance management to Direct Support Professionals and Lead Staff.
- Manage staffing schedules, coverage plans, call‑offs, time‑off requests, and staffing emergencies.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of assigned residential homes and ensure quality service delivery.
- Participate in consumer planning meetings and coordinate services that support individual goals and needs.
- Respond appropriately to incidents and crisis situations, ensuring proper documentation and follow‑up.
- Monitor medications, health‑related concerns, and communication with agency nursing staff.
- Manage site budgets, consumer funds, and household expenditures.
- Ensure all required documentation, records, and reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain licensing, regulatory, health, and safety compliance standards.
- Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of residential properties and program vehicles.

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a related field supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, or substance use recovery.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a group home or residential setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and electronic documentation systems.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and state‑required insurance coverage.
