Ambulatory Nurse, Breast Surgical Specialist

Could you be our next Ambulatory Registered Nurse with Main Line Health Care Breast Surgical Specialists on the Lankenau Medical Center campus?

Support patients throughout their breast care journey in a specialized surgical practice. Provide compassionate clinical guidance, education, care coordination, and timely follow-up for patients receiving evaluation and treatment for breast conditions.

• Collaborate Across the Continuum of Care! Work closely with breast surgeons, advanced practice providers, imaging teams, oncology specialists, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team. Help coordinate appointments, testing, procedures, referrals, and follow-up care to create a seamless patient experience.
• Use Your Clinical Expertise! Apply your ambulatory nursing skills through patient assessment, telephone triage, symptom management, pre- and post-operative education, medication review, and communication of care plans and provider recommendations.

Registered Nurse RN – Ambulatory

Lankenau Medical Center Campus

Day shift (40 hours per week). Monday through Wednesdays (8:30AM to 5PM), Thursdays and Fridays (8AM to 4:30PM)

Preferred:

1. Experience in an ambulatory, surgical specialty, breast health, oncology, or related clinical nursing setting.

2. Strong telephone triage, patient education, and care coordination experience.

3. Experience supporting patients before and after surgery, including symptom assessment, medication review, and follow-up care.

4. Experience working with electronic medical records and collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical teams.

Graduate of an accredited ASN or BSN nursing program.

1. Current Pennsylvania RN license.

2. Provider BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
