Responsibilities

As an Experienced Listing Agent with the Premier Home Team, You Will:

  • Leverage advanced training, leadership development, and high-level coaching through PLACE Agent Launch programs to sharpen your edge and scale your business.
  • Tap into proven PLACE systems, tools, and tech to streamline the listing process and deliver an exceptional client experience — every time.
  • Focus on what you do best: converting leads, winning listings, and closing deals — while delegating 80% of transaction management to our in-house Success Team.
  • Use powerful lead generation strategies and marketing support to keep your pipeline full and your brand visible.
  • Run strategic Open Houses (4 per month) as part of your success playbook.
  • Grow within a top-producing, high-energy team that values performance, leadership, and long-term wealth building.
  • Gain access to multiple income streams, including revenue share, investment opportunities, and more.
